Support Worker - Full time / Part time
Salary: £19,094.40 per annum for full time 
Lewisham/ Southwark

How would you like to do a job that changes lives?  Being a Support Worker at Three Cs means you will be supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges to become more independent, to be more confident about making decisions, to be more involved in their communities and to have greater expectations about the sort of things that most of us take for granted in our everyday lives, such as finding a job, making friends and having a relationship.

Being a Support Worker is challenging and you will work hard, but you’ll also have great job satisfaction, a sense of achievement, opportunities to learn new skills and the knowledge that your support really can change lives.
We are looking for full and part time Support Workers for our Supported Living services. 

A person-centred approach to working is essential – and you must be willing to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the services.  This will include evenings, weekends, early mornings, late nights, sleeping-ins and bank holidays and supporting people to go on holiday as required.
In our supported living services you will be working as part of team supporting people to live as independently as possible.  You will need good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working.  You will also be lone-working and you will need skills such as time-management, accountability and honesty to do this.

About Three Cs

Founded in 1993, Three Cs is a dynamic third sector organisation. We support people with learning disabilities and/or mental health challenges to contribute to the community as equal citizens. We provide supported living, outreach and social inclusion services in London. We currently employ over 150 staff and over 200 customers. We invest heavily in our staff and provide each with lot of training and learning opportunities.
